Shipping Info and Timing

Once your order is placed, your Product will typically be completed within 2-4 weeks.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect timing, so we appreciate your patience. If there are delays beyond the expected timeframe, we will notify you promptly.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fee, which will be communicated via email. All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS with tracking provided. We provide double-boxed packaging for added protection.
Please be aware that we are not liable for any delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any claims regarding shipments should be addressed directly between the buyer and the shipping carrier.
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
